Shipping Policy

1. We endeavor to ship products just as soon as possible.
2. There are three options for receiving your order:

- Pick-up from our shop (location)- no cost
- Delivery during a service call- no cost
- UPS Ground- UPS cost

Return Policy

What is returnable- We will be glad to return a product purchased from Indian Fields Farrier Service or one you received in error. Our policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date that the product was delivered or picked up by you. You may return most new and unopened items sold by Indian Fields Farrier Service.

Contact us- As soon as you realize you would like to return an item(s) or you received the wrong
product(s), please contact us (phone or email) with the following information:

1. Products to be returned
2. Reason for return
3. Name
4. Mailing address
5. Phone number

What will be my refund- (1) Price you paid for the product (if on sale, the sale price you paid); (2) Tax if you paid tax; and (3) Return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

How long will it take to receive my refund- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the time you ship it; however, in many cases it may be sooner.

How will my refund be made- Refunds for products that were purchased on-line by credit card will be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase. Refunds purchased by cash or check will be refunded by check.
